Complex geometry, single-setup machining, tolerance ±0.005mm. Aerospace, medical, and optical parts from prototype to small batch.
5-axis CNC machining simultaneously controls five axes of motion (X, Y, Z plus two rotary axes), allowing a single setup to machine complex geometries on multiple faces of a part. The result: tighter tolerances, fewer setups, reduced cumulative error, and shorter lead time for turbine blades, impellers, structural aerospace brackets, surgical instruments, and optical housings.
We run DMG MORI and Mazak 5-axis machines with CMM verification at every step. Typical lead time 5–10 business days, MOQ 1 piece.
