How We Protect Your Drawings

Engineering drawings, customer identity, project details, and pricing are confidential by default. We will not share, publish, or reference your project without written consent.

  • Mutual NDA signed before any drawing review — free of charge, executed in 1 business day.
  • Drawings stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers — only the assigned engineer and QC inspector can view them.
  • Production orders physically separated — no project name or logo on shop-floor documentation.
  • Files deleted from active storage after project closure. Archive copies kept encrypted, accessible only by written customer request.
  • Photography / case studies require explicit written approval — no auto-featured customer work.

Review & Sign

We review your NDA template or send ours — mutual, 3-year term, covering drawings, samples, and project specifics.

Encrypted Upload

After NDA execution you receive an encrypted upload link — STEP/IGES/DXF/PDF/STL files submitted directly to your assigned engineer.

Engineering Review

Senior engineer reviews drawings, prepares DFM feedback and detailed quotation within 24 hours. Files stay restricted to project team.
